NEC RV Park Calculations??

I have a RV site that has 600 - 50a 120v sites on a 600amp service.

They want me you run load calcs for the site and I don't know how this amount of sites is possible. I calc that it should be 30 sites per 600a service per NEC 551.73(a)
 
Yeah, they seem off a bit. Although with the newest load calcs and all 50a sites that won’t be utilizing the 50a recept maybe some engineer signed off on it?
