NEC section changes

Is there a site or chart available, that shows the old vs. new code section numbers for the different year versions of the NEC? I just read a post regarding 358.12(5). I'm guessing that this is from the '02 NEC, because that section of the '99 NEC doesn't seem to make sense with the question.

In the NEC 2002 there is annex F which is a cross reference to the 1999 NEC the 358 articles in 2002 would be 348 in the 1999.

I'm under the 2001 Calif. Code, which is basically the '99 NEC. The '99 has Appendix E, that shows the number changes from the '96 NEC. I don't have the '02 NEC. I'm wondering if it's available online somewhere? I'll look around for it. Thanks.
