In table 486A and 486B there is the A column and the B column. What does the B stand for?
example; for wire size 30 - 10 the torque is 15 lbf-in (A) AND ALSO 20 lbf-in (B)

I am guessing that the B stands for industrial grade products? ?

There are no A and B tables in Annex I of the NEC. There are 3 tables, I1, I2, and I3. I1 is for slotted head screws 10 and larger, I2 for slotted head screws 8 and smaller and for use with wire 8 AWG and smaller, and I3 if for hex or square key set screws. Those tables are taken from UL 486A/486B, standard for "wire connectors".
