Are there any min front access working clearances required for a cabinet that is purely fiber optic?

Does it have energized metal parts that could accidentally be touched by someone working on the fiber?

Working clearance is required for components that are likely to need maintenance while energized. It seems to me that your fiber optic cabinet does not fit that criterion.

Agreed - would minimum general access apply?
Such as 30”deep and 30” wide—
Or zero minimum?

The issue is that the first row of requirements in Table 110.26(A)(1) starts at ZERO...that would seem to include fiber that has no voltage on it
:D ;)

Keep in mind that fiber in longer range installations must be respected. The light energy some transfer are capable of instantly blinding, burning, starting fires etc.
