Yes I have several of them. They are generic but make a good starting point. I like to specify right down to the type of grounding bushing...
Some agencies are starting to reference them as part of the NEC. Pick one that you are interested in and buy it. This NEIS project is really on a roll now.

tom, i am the only electrical person at our facility, we have several contracts let out per year from our engineering dept. since engineering doesn't cover all jobs with outside inspection, i am tasked with inspecting some of them after there complete for final. i remark on 110-12 frequently but the contractors are paid anyway. engineering, who are all civil says 110-12 is unenforcible. are the neca-neis standards enforcible and how would our facility adopt them.

The NECA-NEIS standards could only be enforced if they are made a part of the contract documents.

I have seen them written into the specs of several jobs in recent months. The engineer could enforce them in those cases as they become part of the contract documents. I have yet to see any of the standards. At $30.00 a piece it will probably be a while before I do. Apparently my shop has them somewhere in there. I never go in there so no luck there either.
