Need help 65 amp portable unit?

I need to wire a 3 phase, 65 min circuit ice machine. It's outside and it need to be portable. I'm going to come out of a wp sub panel. Soow cord would have to be #2, so maybe I'll use flex. I can't come up with a connection to make it easily disconnected. Nema plugs only go to 60

Pin and sleeve type connectors. I have a 200 amp 5 wire receptacle I'm willing to get rid of, never been used - original cost was about $800. You will need to get your own cord end - probably similar in price.

I'm sure you can find something acceptable for your application for much less than that.

You can also look at Meltric. They have both switched and non-switched plugs and receptacles up to 600 amps.
