I need to wire a 3 phase, 65 min circuit ice machine. It's outside and it need to be portable. I'm going to come out of a wp sub panel. Soow cord would have to be #2, so maybe I'll use flex. I can't come up with a connection to make it easily disconnected. Nema plugs only go to 60

Pin and sleeve type connectors. I have a 200 amp 5 wire receptacle I'm willing to get rid of, never been used - original cost was about $800. You will need to get your own cord end - probably similar in price.:)

I'm sure you can find something acceptable for your application for much less than that.

You can also look at Meltric. They have both switched and non-switched plugs and receptacles up to 600 amps.
