What is your raw cost? I mean, you guys seem to unit price everything, so when times are tight, why not actually do a takeoff and determine what your raw costs is?
If I did that, I might take my estimate to the builder and show him my raw cost and compare scope.
No good GC (at least the one's I work for) would jump at a sub that low without deep scrutiny of scope. Period!
