One thing i was taught years ago is ,nothing is free,Free things come at a price.So bulbs are free if you pay a higher price for the cans or trim.I do know they should have buying power.At least they had enough since to buy them.Worked for a company years ago that instead of buying at a local supply house they had me go borrow lamps from another house :roll:
