Usually I would but not in this situation.
Are you a prime contractor, or did you bid to a general contractor? On a public project, the prime contractors bit numbers are typically public record documents, but not so when you bid to a general contractor.

That was one of the reasons the company I worked for liked bidding state projects as the trades were prime contractors and you did not have to deal with the "bid shopping" that often occurs when you submit your bid to a general contractor.

I'm a sub to an electrical sub. They hired us for the MWBE certifications
