Nema rating. 110.28

Indoor NEC 110.28 is not cear. Would Nema 4 rating protect enclosure if outside of enclosure acculmates snow, ice, water, or sleet on it? If not then which indoor nema rated enclosure would offer protection?

I am going to place disconnect in indoor space well below zero and has ice, condensation, water, and frost on enclosure all the time. Would Nema 4 protect against those situation?

Nema 3R is for outdoor use this is indoor. Would this still work?

Type 4 would be OK, but would not allow any internal condensation to drain out. 3R would. There is nothing wrong with using 3R indoors.
