neutral conductor

For table 310.15b2a-#4 neutral conductor does that mean if you pull a seperate neutral for each ungrounded conductor you do not count the neutral for derating purposes

If you pull a grounded conductor for each ungrounded conductor you will not have a neutral at all, and all the conductors will be current carrying conductors, so they will all be counted for derating.
