Hello, I'm under the 2020 code But they're going to adopt the 2023.anyway I have a service disconnect outside where the meter can is and I'm running feeders into the house. I'm planning on using 40/40/20 #4 al. I just want to make sure nothing's changed as far as derating neutrals for service feeder conductors. I was doing my continuing education units and I see where.... Well actually I think it's a mistake in the continuing education where they're talking about an exception And I think its ..shall be permitted to be sized at a 100% ...not shall be sized at a 100%. The neutral can still be reduced, no changes to that.
