Neutral load question for small rv park

Site feeder breaker serves 8 pedestals, each with a 30 amp 125 volt receptacle, and a 20 amp 125 volt receptacle. What is the minimum size grounded conductor that must be an integral part of the 4 wire feeder for this load? I get #4 copper..... Am I correct?

Is this a 120/240 single phase supply? That seems likely with a 4-wire feeder.
Are the two receptacles connected to opposite lines in the feeder, so that the load could be partially balanced between them?
Are there breakers at the pedestal? If so, what value?
What is the value of the feeder breaker?
Having a 35A receptacle does not guarantee that the load will be less than 35A!

Assuming a 120/240 volt singe-phase supply system, I believe you are correct.
