Doesn't seem possible to wire with the super neutral with the 2008 code requiring a dp or a listed breaker tie on MWBC.
Why?

A shared neutral conductor is still required for a mwbc to be a mwbc.

The former I understand, sortakinda.
The latter I dont see any reason to:-?
For a couple circuits, I agree.

However, in some commercial and industrial situations it makes more sense to run one large neutral conductor to a remote location?accompanied by a multitude of ungrounded conductors of course. This lessens the ampacity derating because there are fewer conductors in the raceway. Yet this method is uncommon in practice.

My point was that you wouldn't be able to get the ungrounded conductors on the same phase and still comply with

NEC 2008 said:
210.4 Multiwire Branch Circuits.

(B) Disconnecting Means. Each multiwire branch circuit shall be provided with a means that will simultaneously disconnect all ungrounded conductors at the point where the branch circuit originates.
