Neutral Terminal Block

Guys,

Trying to learn here so apologies if this is a crazy question - but I see diagrams like this on the internet and in the code handbooks

If the trough has service conductors in it - what do you use for that neutral terminal block? It's shown like it is some giant buss bar but I am not sure if that is what it is or just the way this was drawn.

Can I use a bar like this assuming it is sized for the conductors?
