Very low pf, I am leaning towards two issue generator size, and possibly drive issues, though on utility the motor and drive operate fine

Almost looks like the amp clamp is on the wrong phase.

Believe me I triple checked all connections and verified polarity as well, installed a second meter to verify meter was working properly. I always question myself first, equipment second then suspect an issue with the problem at hand.
