Never seize on RMC

I currently work in an industrial environment and our plant has created a new safety rule which I would like to question, but I need some expert help here. Is it safe and code correct to apply never seize on all RMC threads? I'm not sure if there will be a reaction with the galvanized and cadmium when never seize is applied.

There are listed conduit anti seeze products available, such as Burndy Penatrox E and T&B Kopper Shield. IMO if its not listed then you shouldn't use it
I have seen but not used antiseeze for hazardous locations.
