New Building in old location

Newbie post.

Replaced an existing wood shed with new metal shed. Original shed subpanel was powered with 3-wire feed (H,H,N) with ground rod installed at shed. New building is all metal (tube columns, siding, etc.). Would you still connect up subpanel ground and neutral similar to attached figure or would you need to separate grounds and neutral in panel?
