You can't offer a discount for cash or check payment? I always thought it was that you can't require a surcharge for credit card payment. Although I realize they don't have that in the terms of service anymore. Many processing services now allow you to automatically add a 3% charge for use of a credit card.

I will admit that my experience is entirely second-hand, I've never been a processor, and my original information may be 30 years out of date. Things could certainly have changed.

Nothing ever changes, Most of us here are all still doing installations per 1993 NEC
