Happy Friday! Back in 1986 was my first JW exam and I passed it then and passed one yesterday. Anyway, I was told I needed to pass that before taking the masters or contracting exam. It still is not making any sense to me. I have quite a few state unlimited licenses now and you would think this step could be skipped. Any comments?
