New Hospital Project Question

Engineer shows the following systems called out on the riser diagram. Can any of these systems' branch wiring be combined in the same conduit system?

Normal
Normal Standby
Emergency
Critical
Life Safety
Equipment
Optional Standby

The engineer doesn't seem to be versed in article 517 design. There will only be two systems, see 517.30(A)
