Does anyone know to what extent NJ will accept the 2008 code particularly the AFCI? Does anyone know when also?

"Rumor" has it 210.12 WILL be accepted as written.
Sometime between Jan. and May if I had to guess.

....luckily, I stayed ahead of the herd by reading what all you folks have gone through with AFCI "issues" and solutions. :smile:I was taking my 10 hour update and our instructor Bob Keis was telling the class that they have come a long way in regards to AFCI's. That they're still being improved but they save lives and alot of kinks have been worked out of them. He was a big proponent.
AFCI's are here to stay. Us Jersey guys are going to have to deal with it...
