Is anybody here familiar application for NJ electrical license? My question is if having a past dismissed drug case grounds for disqualification ?

IMO it shouldn't disqualify someone from sitting for the exam. You might be able to find an answer here or try contacting the Board directly.

There are several sources on the list. Make sure you look at the last one. That was signed into law in December 2018.

IIRC, the board can only ask about convictions, not arrests. If there was no conviction, there was no crime.
