New Look to This Forum

I noticed again this morning that the forum site was down. When I checked this afternoon it was back up but with a new look. Does this new look come with instructions? A few things are different, the spell check doesn't work all the time and replying to a post is different. I just wondered if there is a list of new features or how to use the old ones.
