I agree though, cable bending radius is mentioned in the video as in how the cable is affected, but they never mention the effect this might have on equipment clearances. A lot of equipment is designed based upon the incoming cables being routed in a specific direction / orientation. Change that and you may change the clearances. Tape and heat shrink don't officially alter the equipment design specifications.
 
I want to see a video where they install three of these.. Kinda cool in a pinch but I can't think of when they'd really be a huge deal. If somehow an equipment manufacturer shrunk their equipment by using them that might be cool. Like for example Siemens allowing a single 800a frame breaker in a 32 inch wide section if you use these, otherwise you need a 38

They might be beneficial in something like a transformer where typically there isn't much room to bend multiple sets of cables.

I've pressure tested heat shrink sleeving. It may make the joint look neater and provide correct colour coding. But it doesn't do a lot else.
