Can Anyone clarified when the new 2017 NEC will be on testing?

It is my understanding that Arizona does not have a statewide electrical code. Each municipality is allowed to adopt and enforce whatever electrical codes they wish. It appears that Yuma is enforcing the 2014 NEC from their website.

You make no sense. What do you mean by "will be on testing"??

I think he mean when will the test questions and answers (for electrical licensing, presumably) be based on the 2017 Code.
Others would express that as "when would the testing be on the 2017 code?", rather than the language the OP used.

I took it the same way. The answer of course depends on what state you're in, and apparently, for Arizona, what area you are in.
