Do any of you guys use 70B when dealing with your customers? I had a large industrial customer bring up this article the other day but don't know much about it.

I bought that standard recently to help formulate a proposal for a maintenance contract, but honestly haven't gotten far into it yet.

All the time, pretty standard stuff for industrial. I used to teach 70B classes, 120 hour course customized for that specific facility.

Zog thanks sounds like something I need to do alittle reading up on. Most facilities we work in seem to talk a good game, but almost always use the run to fail method.
