NFPA 79 SCCR and Breaker AIC Marking requirement

NFPA 79 clause 16.4.1 indicates that both a panel SCCR and the internal circuit breaker AIC rating must be marked on the panel nameplate. It seems like this could be confusing in the case where SCCR is lower than the breaker AIC. Does anyone know of a clause or exception that allows for marking a panel with ONLY the lower of the two values?
