NFPA rating question

I am currently bidding a project that is type III B fully sprinkled occupancy I-1
What if anything does the occupancy rating (I-1) have to do with 334.10 (3)

Really an I-1 occupancy will have nothing to do with the applicability of 334.10. You have a Type III building so you are permitted to use NM cable.

On a side note if there is any portion of the building that is deemed an assembly occupancy then Article 518 could apply.
