I sent a NITMAM (in Mike's name) on 310.15(B)(6), asking that the panel accept our original proposal, reverting this section to the 2005 language. With the action the TCC took this go-around, the text will have to remain as written in the 2008, which I think ws the silliest Code change in a cycle filled with quesstionable changes. I've not done a NITMAM before, so I'm curious to see how it goes.
