So im in the process of installing outlets and switches in an apartment complex In southern NJ and In the ADA room for visually impaired white switches and outlets were installed. So heres my questions

1- Can I leave the white switches and outlets and use black cover plates and not fail inspection?

2- Can anyone point me in the right direction on where i can learn about Nj ADA requirements and codes

N.J. has changed the barrier free code and it now deals with recreational facilities for accessibility issues you now look in the New Jersey verion of the International Building Code 2015 Chapter 11 available at the same site.
