NM cable use/ new construction

Has anyone been able to come up with a fairly accurate figure on NM cable useage( receps, lighting etc.) for new construction. I know this is a vague ?? but is there any numbers you use that get's you close? Thanks.

From experience and records for me it has usually came to: 1000ft-14-2 per 1000 sq ft
500ft- 14-3 per 1000 sq ft, 500ft-12-2 per 1000 sq ft. your A/C, dryer,stove, hwh runs are hard to guess at.
