NM Cable

I recall reading somewhere in the NEC that NM cable can be used in commercial buildings up to 3 stories high. Can someone cite the article that permits this? Thanks

Tom, before the 96 cycle it was 336-4, in the 96 and 99 it was 336-5, in 02 this was removed from the code and NM can be used in any size buildings of III, IV, and V types of construction. See 334.10 and 334.12 of the 02 and 05 cycles. Take note of where it can't be used in these buildings.
