I used to think 5 guys was the best...until my wife made me go to Foster's Grill. Now they are the best. 5 guys was probably the best when they just had a few locations in the DC metro area, before they obviously blew up and expanded across the entire east coast. Now they are getting that "franchise" feel.

That may very well be true. But, they are still very much a novelty here as most of the stores are less than a year old in this area. The one I frequent is always mobbed, so they must be doing something that nobody else in my area is doing.

When my 18 yr old son starts giving lip about how 'dumb' I am and how 'clever' he is, I do have the tendency to tell him that I've forgotten more stuff than he has learned, and even then I still have more (useless, odd) knowledge in my head than he does.... but truly he is willing to learn much of the time. Hey, he's 18, and at that age you KNOW EVERYTHING. I was amazed at how 'stupid' my dad was when I was 18, and how really intelligent and wise he was when I was 23 or so.
