no space on neutral bar

Your right on that! That really pisses me off, especially the older panels with stacked neutral bars you get a big bunch of wires in a small space they fill up the fronts and you can't even see the back holes. I added a sub panel to one of those and had no spot for my #1 neutral to go in. They had a bunch of two piece lugs and they had discarded the top halves so they were useless. I ended up putting a split bolt on the service neutral with my #1

I have a similar issue; popped open my sub-panel to add a new circuit and noticed that I didn’t have any more space on my neutral bus bar. What should I do? My entire home has AC cable.

Bigger neutral bar. Add one. New panel. Don’t add the circuit.
