Customer called in a panic at 5:30 AM with a problem they had been fighting for 6 hours already. Owner informed me things really went down hill after they put out a fire with a bucket of water. Not sure which piece of electrical equipment was in flames but the backup generator ground fault protection would no longer allow it to stay online. Imagine that. 480/277. Gen is 800 amp. POCO is 2000 amp IIRC.

I think I got her attention. Don't know what my tech will find.


Good part is I am on vacation and nowhere close.
