I have to give that three "no"s.

A rapid shutdown switch is certainly required to be outdoors by 2017 NEC, so...
Or to put that another way, it uses the "outdoors only" version of "readily accessible"!

And 690.13 seems to drop the indoors option.

I have no dog in that hunt. Our POCO accessible PV discos and RSD actuator switches have to be outside next to the revenue meter (and the PV meter, if there is one) unless we get a variance. Inside is never an option around here.

What I was referring to was the bonding of N to G (or not) in the fused AC disco within 10' of the point of a supply side interconnection.
