Non metallic boxes???

Are the plastic clamps inside some of these boxes needed to be taken into consideration when doing a box fill...if not why not...thanks in advance.

which type of clamp are you talking about?
The ones that you knock out with the end of your t-strippers, or the type that is internal, and uses a set-screw to tighten the clamp.

yes it is the clip...is that why you wouldnt need count it because it is listed as a clip?

Being that the clip can't be removed,the cubes available would be printed on the box

Aren't both types "internal clamps" and subject to a one volume reduction?

A quick clip is integral and has been calculated into the cu. in. capacity,clamps are added as needed.Look at bakelite 4 sq`s with side brackets for example.There are four ko`s and 2 screw holes but the cu in cap is listed without these installed
