I'm looking to see in the code where it state the required locations for horns and strobes. I have looked in NFPA 101, NFPA 72 and NFPA 70.
I'm kind of assuming is a by occupancy thing but still not much luck.
I found something that said they "should be sufficient in qty so as to reliably convey the intent" but that's not very useful haha

"If required" will be found in the building code, section 907. After that, look to NFPA 72, chapter 18 for how to cover. Basically, every occupiable space.
