Did DOB change requirements for master electrician?

It seems like they getting rid of master's degree in electrical engineering only requires 2.5 years of experience to be licensed.

Tryna email them, but they never respond.

Is it still valid or not?

Trade schools were scrapped from equivalent of experience.
2 years working in nyc was added to requirements .
