I have heard of Scott from some fellow electricians in NYC but was a little surprised by his website. For one it seems like it hasn't been updated in a long time. And it also mentions a New Jersey MASTER Electrician license which NJ does not have. But from what I've heard this class is a must if you actually want to pass the test although I know a few guys who have taken it and failed.
