Just received the 2007 NYS energy code. Chapters 5,6 & 7 have been deleted. Does any one know what's up with that?

It's my very limited understanding that Chapter 4 compliance path was kept, although seriously modified, and Chapters 5 & 6 were deleted since Chapter 11 of the NYS Residential Code is the compliance path for residential, and Chapter 7 of the Energy Code was reserved for updating of an ASHRAE standard on commercial buildings, and Chapter 8 of the Energy Code is the favored one for commercial buildings.

Thanks, I was told that the requirement for time clocks on swimming pool pumps was eliminated. Is this true or has it just been relocated? Chapter 5 used to be swimming pools.
