Objectionable current?

If the main circuit panel neutral is bonded to the enclosure and the meter fitting neutral is bonded to the enclosure, is there objectionable current flowing through the raceway connecting the two?

Yes, there is current flowing on the metallic service raceway. And yes this is permitted by the NEC.
