Occupancy sensor for exhaust fan

What would you fellas reccamend to switch on a small exhaust fan in a commercial bathroom a straight 120v switching relay or a low voltage sensor with a separate relay. What brands and model's are you guys typically using looking for something celling mointed

Whatever you chose you need a relay or contacts to switch the fan, not solid state. There should be occupancy sensors that have dry contacts that will work for you.

I think all RIBs have a horsepower rating, just different amps, contact voltages and coil voltages. I'm a big fan of Functional Devices' product line. Standard RIB U1C should do the trick. I believe you can have either 120-volt or 10-30 volt AC or DC coil signal. The U1C has a rating of 1/3 HP @ 120 volts.
