OH Service Feeders

Can you install 2 sets of Wires for a Service Feeder? I'm looking at an 800 Amp service 120/208V 3-Phase. And the wire to be 4 sets of 4/0. Using 4" Conduit... And if so who makes an 8 wire weather head?
2nd question... I've seen it done but never did this one... A Rigid stub from the panel through the roof and then switching to PVC Sched 40 to the weather head. Assuming you bond the Rigid Conduit inside the Service Panel I don't see a problem.

Not sure if there is a weather head with eight hole but you could run two risers.
