Ohio licensure query.

I've never been to Texas but I'll bet the tires on my truck I can go there and hire an electrician to do some unpermitted electrical work within my middle class budget the first day I'm there.
Last time I was there, it basically worked like this, then the licensed masters would sign off for the utility work.

There is a whole separate code for the hurricane warning systems! If you are an HOA.

TX+MASTER#4544
I'll bet with your personality, you can do it your self and save some money to buy some re-treads.
Course, once you're here, you might decide to stay and be a master electrician the first day you're here.
Good luck, pardner.

It depends on where in Texas you would go.

In MA you have to get the Journeymen's first and hold it for a year before you can take the Masters test. After you get the Masters you have to keep the Journeymen's If you are going to work with the tools. The Masters is only to run a business and have employees.

If you hold only the Journeymen's you can operate as a one man deal and pull permits etc and can have 1 unlicensed apprentice. Two journeymen cannot work together without a masters license.
