Had you found us to check here first before trying to buy it by searching for threads on “energy savers” you would have learned that 99.999999% of them are scams in one way or another. Most of them ship you the worthless junk they make false claimed about, yours has apparently spared you the hassle of that and just outright stole your money. Sorry that happened to you.
That said, your profile does not state how you are PROFESSIONALLY related to the electrical industry, so I am closing this thread until such time as you prove that you are.
