Old boat power 120v 3ph?

Hey all
I have a old boat that has 3ph 120 on board and looking to add a piece of equipment. that is 120/240v looking for some direction in what to do ?I think I have a few ideas but want to see what others think!!
 
Your profile states electrician but this appears to be a DIY post which we don’t allow. Can you clarify your experience?
