Anyone seen one of these before? it's a 3 phase delta 208 panel on an old fishing boat. I'm assuming it can be replaced with a modern two pole QO? I'm not switching a neutral.

It may be old but those are still made. It is a switched neutral. Usually used in fuel stations.
It does not look like you have a 2 pole version.

I also see on the label where the pigtail is that is says "for switched neutral applications connect flexible lead to neutral"
That makes it sound like it could be used without switching a neutral. I have never used one of these. I don't understand how you get a connection to the neutral bus. It reads like you tie your load neutral to the flex lead, but how does it actually connect to the neutral bar?

The lead goes to the neutral bus and the load to the lug, like with a GFCI.

It is a 2 pole device because it has two sets of contacts not because it connects to two lines/hots. It's AIC label says it is rated for only 120V.

What you are seeing is a single stab for the retaining rail. Other side will have 2 buss stabs.
My question was not what we see in the picture, that is the retention clip not the buss stab as I had inquired....2 poles does not necessarily mean 2 hots.
