Older Generac Generator

I'm working on an older craigslist-found Generac Generator (0047602). The outside of the unit is weathered and rusty, but you can tell from the inside that this guy is basically brand new. The oil prior to changing, still looked like new oil.


Just got it hooked up to propane for testing (later to be converted to natural gas).


Changed the oii, charged up the battery, started it up aaaaand there's no voltage coming out of the generator head.


I've never worked on a standby generator before, so I'm looking for some troubleshooting steps here.
